Jan Kleinman

Jan Kleinman is the founding member of Kleinman & Kleinman, PLC and has devoted more than five decades to the practice of personal injury law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arizona State University in 1966 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1969.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kleinman has focused his practice on representing individuals and families injured at the hands of others. He actively litigates cases and has represented more than 7,500 clients, including many third-generation families, and has been involved in numerous multi-million-dollar cases. His practice spans a wide range of serious personal injury matters, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, and he plays a key role in the firm’s long-standing representation of clients in complex injury cases, including dog bite claims.

Mr. Kleinman is a member of the Association of Arizona Trial Lawyers and is among a small group of Arizona attorneys certified in personal injury and wrongful death law since 1991, when the original certification process was first established. Of approximately 7,500 personal injury attorneys practicing in Arizona, only about 200 hold this distinction. He is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available, recognizing the highest levels of professional excellence, legal skill, and ethical standards.

Mr. Kleinman resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife of more than forty years. They have three children and two grandchildren.
